Questions from MSPs
What should I charge my own clients for this?+
There's no single right number, but many MSPs land near $75 to $125 a month for a single-domain small business, and $150 to $250 for a multi-domain mid-market client. ActiScan costs you $90 a month for your first 30 domains, so even the low end covers it several times over once you have a few clients on it.
Do my clients need their own ActiScan account?+
No. Clients see a PDF report, a no-login share link or the monthly report email, all under your brand. Only you and your team need ActiScan logins.
Is it billed per client or as one fee?+
One fee: $90 a month for 30 domains, then $15 per 5-domain pack, however many clients those domains belong to. What you charge each client is up to you, and Client margins shows what each one earns you.
What happens if a client leaves?+
Remove their domains, or their whole group, at any time. No other client is affected. Your pack count doesn't shrink on its own, so lower it with Manage billing on the dashboard's Admin page when you no longer need the capacity.
Can I connect more than one PSA?+
Yes. ConnectWise, Autotask and HaloPSA connections work side by side, each ticketing its own matched clients, so teams on different systems can each connect theirs.
