No. The BIMI Group publishes its own reference validator (an RNC schema run via a tool called jing) – that's the authoritative check. This tool is a lightweight, independent check against the same published spec, built to catch the large majority of real issues before you spend money on a certificate, not a substitute for the official validator.
Should I check the URL or paste the file?
Whichever is easier – pasting works even before the logo is hosted anywhere; a URL check also confirms the file is actually reachable over HTTPS, which is a real BIMI requirement in its own right.
Why does my logo fail even though it looks fine when I open it?
The SVG Tiny PS profile BIMI requires is much stricter than a normal SVG – most design tools (Illustrator, Inkscape, Figma) export files with elements or attributes (filters, embedded raster images, x/y on the root element) that render fine in a browser but aren't allowed by the spec.
What's the difference between a warning and a failure here?
