What Is a TXT Record?
A TXT record holds arbitrary text at a DNS name. There's no fixed format – it's a general-purpose slot, so a domain can (and usually does) publish several TXT records at once, each read by a different consumer looking for its own prefix.

Things to Know
Multiple TXT records is normal
Seeing five or more is expected – SPF, a DMARC record (at _dmarc), one or more DKIM selectors (at selector._domainkey), and various verification tokens all live here at once.
Only one SPF record is valid
Two separate 'v=spf1' TXT records at the same name is invalid per the SPF spec – if you need to combine sources, merge them into a single record with multiple include: mechanisms.

Why don't I see my SPF or DMARC record listed by name?
TXT is the record type – SPF and DMARC are just specific TXT records that happen to live at particular names (the root for SPF, _dmarc for DMARC). Use the dedicated SPF or DMARC checker for a parsed, plain-English readout instead of the raw text.
What resolver does this use?
Cloudflare's public DNS-over-HTTPS resolver. Every lookup is live, not a cached snapshot.

DNS changes take time to propagate, bounded by the record's TTL. Wait out the TTL and check again.
